The Gift that Keeps on Giving…
HFLA is a 501c3 non-profit and all donations are tax-deductible.
Every gift made to Hebrew Free Loan enables us to make a lasting difference in a person’s life. A donation to Hebrew Free Loan is an investment in strengthening our community, impacting lives, and allowing us to continue our vital work.
Hebrew Free Loan of Austin loans are based on a recycling model where loan repayments are put back to work funding new loans over and over again. People in your local Jewish community are given an opportunity to get ahead of their financial challenges with dignity through the ongoing recycling of your donations.

- Donor Development
In January of 2020, the seeds were planted to start the Hebrew Free Loan of Austin Endowment. Through the Austin Jewish Community Foundation of Central Texas, a donation of $5000 was made and the fund was established. The donors of this gift believe it is good financial planning that ensures that HFLA will be around in the future to carry out its mission. The Austin Jewish Foundation provides an opportunity to make a lasting impact through philanthropy in the name of the Jewish community, at home in Austin.
For more information about being part of the HFLA Endowment and creating a legacy in Austin contact us at email@example.com. If you already have a family endowment set up with Shalom Austin you can contact them directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (512) 750-7101.
