PASSOVER MICROLOAN

Thank you for letting Hebrew Free Loan of Austin assist you with your Kosher-for-Passover catered meals through an interest-free loan.

1. Review the terms:
   • Borrowers can opt for a 6-month OR 12-month repayment.
   • There will be no grace period, and all repayments will begin on 4/15/2021.
2. Fill out the application below.
3. Submit two required supporting documents to loans@hfla.org 
   • Copy of driver’s license
   • Choice of employer pay-stub, most recent tax-return, or most recent W-2
4. Our Operations Manager will be in touch to help you sign the Promissory Note and ACH draft form.
5. Pick up your meals at CAA at your agreed-upon date and time and have a meaningful and delicious holiday!
