Hebrew Free Loan of Austin is excited to welcome Allison Lash as our new Operations Coordinator.
Allison has lived in Austin for 13 years and brings a diverse professional background in finance, customer service, and visual arts education. She is passionate about helping people during times of need and was drawn to HFLA because of the organization’s direct impact on individuals and families in the Jewish community.
Originally from New York City, Allison’s Jewish connection is deeply rooted in family, culture, and tradition. She especially cherishes memories of hearing Yiddish spoken by her grandparents and great-grandparents and continues to feel connected through Jewish food, culture, and community.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys creating art, traveling, road trips, museums, and spending time with her teenager and family cat. We are thrilled to have her join the HFLA team and look forward to the care, creativity, and experience she brings to our work.
